Salaries for those working in small businesses are not increasing, but employee benefits are holding steady.

That’s according to the Small Firms Association, who are releasing the results of their Annual Pay Survey today.

They say concerns regarding labour costs and low levels of business activity are continuing to put bosses off offering raises.

However, workers are apparently benefiting from perks such as company health insurance, and flexible working arrangements.
