French athlete Denis Chevrot has won the Ironman 70.3 Dublin race with a time of 4:01:35.
All Dublin city bridges across the River Liffey have reopened following the inaugural Ironman in the city.

2,500 athletes have been competing in the swim, bike and run event that started in Dun Laoghaire at shortly before 6am this morning and finishes in the Phoenix Park.
Up to 10,000 people are expected to line the streets to watch the athletes.
It is the first time an Ironman triathlon has been held in Dublin, and the field included competitors from all over the world.

A number of road closures are still in place along the route to facilitate the event, with most of the restrictions being lifted by lunchtime. You can see a full list of closures on the Ironman website.
