Revenue have seized 5.7kgs of cocaine, €10,120 in cash and over 41,000 cigarettes at Dublin Airport.
This was a result of a number of separate, intelligence-led operations at the weekend.
On Sunday afternoon, Revenue officers - with the assistance of detection dog Scooby - seized 5.7kgs of cocaine worth €400,000 from a 48-year-old Italian man.
He had arrived in on a flight from Dubai.
The drugs were discovered concealed in his baggage, and he was arrested by gardaí. He is due to appear in court later today.
In a separate operation on Saturday, officers seized over 41,000 cigarettes with a retail value of €20,600 when they stopped and searched the luggage of two Polish men who had arrived in on a flight from Warsaw.
And on Friday, officers detained €10,120 in cash from a Polish man aged in his 30s travelling from Poland.
Judge Coughlan granted a three month detention order at Dublin District Court to facilitate further investigations.
