Gardai are to resume questioning the father of two young brothers found dead in the boot of a car in Co. Mayo this morning.
Sanjeev Chada was arrested on his release from hospital yesterday and it's understood a court appearance could happen as soon as today.
His two sons, Eoghan and Ruairí - aged 10 and 5 - were found dead following a car crash near Westport on Monday.
Gardaí are believed to have identified a second scene in the investigation, not far from where the crash happened.
Eoghan & Ruairí's funerals will take place tomorrow after their bodies were released to their Mother Kathleen in the early hours of this morning.
Their father Sanjeev Chada was arrested yesterday afternoon - after he was released from hospital in Castlebar, Co. Mayo. His period of detention will not expire until this evening.
Meanwhile, the funeral arrangements for the two young brothers have been announced - their remains will repose from their home in Ballinkillen Co Carlow from midday this afternoon before removal to St. Lazarian's Church at 1 o'clock tomorrow, with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetary.
