Protesters from the US city of Detroit are expected to join a demonstration in Dublin next month against water charges.
The Right2Water campaign says it expects an historic turn-out for its rally at the Dáil on December 10th, after 100-thousand people took part in their last protest.
Thousands of Detroit residents who haven't paid their water bills are facing the prospect of having their taps turned off this winter.
CPSU Financial Secretary Des Fagan - who is a spokesperson for the Right2Water campaign - says protesters from there will be in Dublin next month to show their support for the Irish cause.
