Residential property prices have gone up by 6.5% in the year to the end of November.
It is a drop of over 1% on October, but it is almost 10% less than than the increase recorded in the 12 months to November 2014.

CSO figures showing recovery in the property market
In Dublin, prices dropped by 1.3% in November, according to the latest figures from the Central Statistics Office.
While outside of the capital, residential property prices were 9.6 percent higher than in November 2014.
