Sunday's weather: Dry in most areas, with a few passing showers

Today

Dry in most areas today with a mix of cloud and sunny spells.

However, there will be a few passing showers, these mainly in northern counties of Ulster and possibly along the Wicklow coast.

Highest temperatures ranging 10 to 13 degrees in brisk northerly winds.

Tonight

Cold tonight with long clear spells developing.

Patches of mist and fog will form as winds fall light.

Minimum temperatures of 0 to +4 degrees with a slight frost in sheltered areas.

Tomorrow

A cold start on Monday with areas of mist and frost clearing to leave a dry day with a mix of cloud and sunshine.

The best of the sunshine is expected in southern and eastern counties.

Top temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees in mostly light, variable breezes.
