The state funeral of Garda Tony Golden dominates the front pages of the papers this morning.

The main broadsheets show the images of 4,000 members of an Garda Síochána lining the streets, while quotes from those in attendance who labelled him a father, husband, son and a hero accompany them. The front page of the Irish Independent salso outlines that the "murderer stockpiled guns bullets and petrol for killing spree".

The Irish Daily Mail contains a story that claims that wind farms can contribute to health problems. Two leading Irish health experts, Professor Graham Roberts and Professor Alan Evans, met with Alan Kelly yesterday to express their concern about the health effects of the farms, which can include an increased risk of cancer and heart attacks.

Ivan points to a significant story in the business section of The Irish Times, where it was outlined that a NAMA adviser was a key figure in a portfolio sale plan which lead to the payment of a €20 million success fee. The story describes how Frank Cushnahan, a Belfast businessman, stayed on NAMA's advisory committee until November of 2013, while at the same time actively negotiating with companies involved in the bidding.

The Irish Times also gives detail on the Labour parliamentary party meeting and the proposal from the Tánaiste for a rent regulator. The two coalition parties are at odds over rent and providing some certainty around it. The proposal would establish a body that would be given the ability to control rent prices, and while the PRTB already does exist, it doesn't have that power.

The Irish Daily Mail have a story that shows that the old joke about a wedding invite being more expensive than a summons could in fact be true. From the moment you get the invite to the actual day (or days) the average couple will spend around €2000. While there's a full breakdown on the costs involved, the largest individual expense is the stag for men, which costs about €400.

The web summit controversy also makes the papers after a number of emails were released showing the conversations that went on between the organisers and the government during the negotiations, and some of the demands that were being made to secure the future of the event.

A new study also revealed that stereotypes might be true, as a story in The Examiner showed that those with tattoos are more likely to have higher levels of verbal aggression and anger than those without ink.
