More than 3,000 free events are happening tonight as part of the 10th annual Culture Night.
1,500 venues are hosting free of charge events in towns and cities around the country.
There are lots of outdoor and pop up events taking place, but they do book up quickly so people are advised to check the website Culture Night dot ie for details.

You can go on a bike tour of Dublin city, enjoy a music trail in Galway, or catch the sunset on the Wild Atlantic Way - or even watch a live 3D projection in Cork city.
While in Waterford you can even take part in some beach art organised by The Art Hand art school.
