One person has been killed in an early morning road crash in Cork.
The collision between a car and a truck happened just before 6am this morning.
It happened on the N22 near Fourmilebridge, around three kilometres outside Macroom.

Nobody else was injured in the incident.
Motorists are being advised that the road will remain closed until lunchtime. Diversions are in place in the area.
