A number of viable devices have been found at East Wall in Dublin.

Gardaí say a van was discovered on fire at Hawthorn Avenue at around 11:10pm last night.

Suspicious devices were found by gardaí attending the scene.

The army bomb squad was called in, and the packages were made safe.

No arrests have been made and gardaí say their investigations are ongoing.
