North and South Korea are due to hold rare talks today - focused on re-opening a joint industrial zone.

The Kaesong complex had been seen as one of the few symbols of cross-border co-operation.

The centre was closed in February - as tensions rose over North Korea's latest nuclear tests.

Both nations say they want to re-open Kaesong - but blame each other for its closure.
