A 9th person has been charged in connection with last month's Paris terror attacks in which 130 people were killed.

The Belgian prosecutor's office says the suspect had phoned the cousin of ringleader Abdelhamid Abaaoud, several times after the attacks took place.

They also say the person - who has not been named - was in touch with them prior to the police raid, in which they both died.
