US President Donald Trump has revealed he will meet Kim Jong Un in Vietnam for their second nuclear summit.
As part of his State of the Union speech, he also called for an immigration system which protects American lives and jobs, as he seeks funding for a border wall rejected by Democrats.
That dispute has already led to the longest government shutdown in the nation's history.

A red carpet event in New York for Liam Neeson's latest film has been cancelled after a racism row.
While promoting the film, the Northern Irish actor described how he once wanted to attack a random black person in revenge for a friend's rape.
He said he felt ashamed by his violent thoughts.
