Gardaí have issued an appeal over a 50-year-old Wexford man who went missing in the early hours of this morning.

Patrick O’Callaghan from Courtown was last seen leaving a house in the town at around 2am this morning.

Investigators said his family are concerned for his well-being after searches throughout the day failed to locate him.

He is described as being 5' 9” in height, with brown hair and brown eyes.

It is understood he was wearing either white shorts or a light blue pants, a white polo shirt, a navy zip top and white runners at the time of his disappearance.
