A man has been arrested and charged in connection with a death at a stud farm in Tipperary almost four years ago.

Gardaí said a 23-year-old man died after a work vehicle overturned at the farm in Fethard on June 26^th 2016.

A 25-year-old man suffered minor injuries in the incident.

Gardaí and the Health and Safety Authority have been investigating and a man in his mid-70s has now been arrested and charged.

He is due to appear at Clonmel District Court on Tuesday June 23rd.
