A man has been charged with the murder of Frank Kerr in Newry 20 years ago.
The 54-year-old postal worker was shot during a robbery at a post sorting office in November 1994.
Police say a 60-year-old man has now been charged with his murder.
The man is also charged with robbery, possession of a firearm and membership of a proscribed organisation.
He is due to appear at Newry Magistrates Court later today.
