A man bought all 23 of Burger King's remaining pies to spite the crying child behind him.

The man, who posted his story on reddit under the caption 'Am I a bad person for doing this?', claims the child standing behind him in the queue was screaming and crying and demanding his mother buy him a pie. 

"This kid was out of control, screaming, punching his mother, throwing around a Game Boy whenever something didn’t go right in the game," he wrote. 

When he asked the mother, who was on the phone and ignoring her son, to try settle her child she apparently "got all up in his face and told [him he] doesn't know nothing about raising a child and to mind [his] own business."

The man then proceeded to complete his order, but with the additional purchase of every remaining pie that Burger King had.

When the mother and her child approached the till and were told all the pies were bought, the man "turned around and saw the cashier pointing [him] out with the woman shooting [him] a death glare."

While the original post has been removed from reddit, it has since been re-posted several times and spread rapidly online.
