A man has died following an early morning crash in County Antrim.

The 56-year-old pedestrian was struck by a car at around 2.20am on the Belfast Road in Dunadry.

The man is believed he had been walking along the road in the direction of Antrim when the collision occurred.

The PSNI is appealing for witnesses or anyone who may have been travelling on the road prior to, or around the time of, the collision.
