Earlier, a major Halloween community festival took place in Dublin's north inner-city.
Hundreds of local families attended the event, based on Killarney, Sean MacDermott and Buckingham Streets, which was organised by Dublin City Council.
The event was celebrating the area's links with 'Dracula' creator Bram Stoker.
A parade of up to 80 small children wearing Dracula capes and carrying glow sticks arrived on Killarney Street, accompanied by the Garda Band.
The Halloween Spooktacular on Sean MacDermott and Killarney Streets included fairground attractions and rides, hand-made decorations and a main stage where the children were greeted by Dracula himself.
It was a very busy Spooktacular in Bram Stoker Park at Marino Crescent last night.
Many thanks to all the organisers @DubCityCouncil, all the volunteers and the fundraising was in aid of the @IrishCancerSoc@bramstokerdub pic.twitter.com/qcpXIQfkVM

Two haunted houses were also open to the public, including the Bram Stoker house - where a plaque was laid to the author last week, to mark the six years he lived on Buckingham Street.
The public got a look inside the house for the first time.
A 'Love at First Bite' Dracula wedding party also welcomed people onto the street, entertained with fire eating and encouraged both young and old to get into the 'spirit' of Halloween.
There was also a free fireworks display at Balbriggan Harbour in Fingal.
Meanwhile people are being urged to only go to one of the many public fireworks displays nationwide.
The Department of Justice is reminding the public they can cause serious injury and damage.
Min @CharlieFlanagan wishes the public a very happy #Halloween and extends his sincere thanks to @GardaTraffic & @DubFireBrigade for their work keeping it a safe and memorable holiday. If you want to see fireworks, please only go to one of the many public displays nationwide. pic.twitter.com/cqsweFKRfz
