The stoppages were scheduled to last for four hours tomorrow and all day on Friday.
Transdev's Managing Director Gerry Madden confirmed that drivers at the company will no longer down tools on those days.
SIPTU said its representatives have accepted an invitation from the Labour Court, initiated by the Irish Congress of Trade Unions, to meet with Transdev tomorrow.
Both parties said no further comment on the matter would be made at this time.
It is unclear whether strikes planned for five days in June will go ahead.
