An internal military report says we don't have enough bomb disposal experts - and those we do have are overworked.

The Sunday Times, which claims to have seen a copy of the leaked report, says a shortage of manpower and resources is exposing soldiers to 'death and injury' due to 'duty fatigue'.

The document entitled 'Strategic risks: Ordnance Corps' says officers are operating 'beyond the limit of acceptable risk'.

The military has launched an investigation into how the report came into the public domain.
