Lawyers for Bank of Ireland claim the latest attempt by the O'Donnell family to get back into Gorse Hill is an abuse of process.

Blake O'Donnell has argued that an earlier High Court order should be set aside because new evidence allegedly suggests individuals in the bank gave false evidence.

His argument relates to Bank of Ireland Private Banking's status as a financial institution.

Lawyers for the bank claim the O'Donnell's are trying to frustrate the bank's rights and 'have another go' in court.

The South Dublin property is in the hands of a receiver and has yet to be sold.
