Nobel-Prize-winning biochemist, Sir Tim Hunt, started grabbing headlines for his sexist comments at a conference in South Korea where he advocated single-sex labs.
"Let me tell you about my trouble with girls … three things happen when they are in the lab … You fall in love with them, they fall in love with you and when you criticize them, they cry," Hunt said.
Since then Female scientists all over the world have been tweeting pictures of themselves in their less than flattering workwear using the hashtag '#distractinglysexy' in a bid to show up Sir Hunt.
