Just a few days ago, it was reported that Kesha would not be able to perform at this year's Billboard Music Awards, as her label Kemosabe - headed by Dr. Luke, with home she is currently in the midst of a legal battle - rescinded their approval of her performance.

Kesha was due to perform a tribute to Bob Dylan, which she has since performed as part of a Ben Folds concert this week.

However, Dr. Luke's label has since released a statement regarding the performance, stating that the reason they had initially taken back the allowance - and have since reinstated it - is because they feared what Kesha might say on the stage:

“Kesha’s performance on the Billboard Music Awards was always approved, in good faith. Approval was only suspended when Kemosabe learned Kesha was to use the performance as a platform to discuss the litigation. Now that Kemosabe has obtained assurances, that it is relying upon, from Kesha, her representatives and Dick Clark Productions that neither Kesha nor her supporters will use the performance as such a platform, the approval has been restored.”

So now it appears that Kesha will be joining Rihanna, Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Meghan Trainor, Demi Lovato, Fifth Harmony with Ty Dolla Sign, Britney Spears, DNCE, as well as Madonna - who will be performing a tribute to Prince - when the Billboard Awards take place this Sunday.
