Her bisexuality was announced in a 2011 interview when she claimed: "Yes, I've dated girls and I've dated boys - get over it".

But in a recent interview with The Mirror she revealed it was, in her words, a phase: "For me, it was a phase,"

"But I'm not saying bisexuality is a phase for everybody," she said.

The singer's now released a statement saying she never labelled herself and her record company never used it as part of launching her career.

She says all her relationships will remain private and now she wants to "stop talking about it completely" and find herself "a husband".
