Investigations are continuing this afternoon into the cause of a fire in Dublin which claimed the life of a man overnight.
Officers were alerted to the blaze in a flat on Constitution Hill at around half three this morning.
The victim who was in his late 50s was found dead at the scene by emergency services - no one else was in the building at the time.

The body of the man has since been removed to the city morgue.
