Hell & Back has become one of the most popular regular events for thrill-seekers, fitness fanatics, charity fundraisers and/or masochists.

Today another group of victims (we're confident that's the right description) ran, crawled, slid and climbed their way through 12 kilometres of hellish conditions and obstacles at Kilruddery Estate in Bray, Co Wicklow. Another group will be taking part tomorrow. And voluntarily at that.
