The High Court is due to hear an application this morning to restrain protestors from unlawful picketing at Greyhound Recycling in Dublin.
Around 70 workers have been on strike since mid June in an ongoing dispute over pay and conditions.
Last month, workers and their supporters marched on Dublin City Hall in protest over claims they had been locked out of their jobs as management at Greyhound Recycling try to impose pay cuts of up to 35%.
Management strongly deny this is the case and have called on the workers to accept a Labour Court recommendation which would still see them earning well above the industry average rates.
Earlier this week, the High Court granted Greyhound permission to seek a court order to restrain protestors from unlawful picketing.
The head of the company claims bin lorries are being blocked at various locations and the court is due to hear from both sides today.
