A new survey released this morning says employers with less appealing staff perks risk being overlooked in a competitive market.

Almost three in five workers say they're planning to change jobs in 2015, while over half of employees expect a payrise.

76 percent of employers surveyed say they plan on hiring more staff next year.

Employees see work-life balance as more important than job security.
