The scaffolding surrounding the LXV Building on the corner of Dublin's St Stephen's Green and Earlsfort Terrace will be taken down during the next two weeks - offering the public a first look at the new development.
The building is still 6 months away from completion - when it is finished the project will be the first significant office development in Dublin since the property market collapsed.

The project is funded by businessman Denis O’Brien, and when it opens the rent roll for the 5,574sq m space will come to €3.6m per annum - with 41 parking spaces in the basement bringing in a further €164,000 annually.
Aercap, one of the world's biggest aircraft leasing companies, will pay rent of €645 per sq m - this is being seen as a new benchmark rate in the Capital. It will also contribute some €5m to the cost of fitting-out the building.

LXV's literature places it at the middle of the upswings in both the Irish and global economies: "The resurgence of global business and Dublin’s constantly growing international credentials make LXV so much more than a central address."
It continues: "LXV is hours away from anywhere in the World, and perfectly appointed to welcome clients with the very highest expectations."
