Gardai in Galway are appealing for information about the whereabouts of a 15 year old boy.

Salem Bombo has been missing from his home on the Cappagh Road in the city since the 1st of October.

He was seen by a member of the public last Thursday but Gardai say they are concerned for his welfare.

He is described as being around five foot ten, of slim build with black hair and brown eyes.

He generally wears jeans, t-shirts and runners.

Anyone with any information is being asked to contact Gardai at Salthill.
