Two gardaí are still being questioned in connection with a suspected fraud.

The men, in their 30s, are both stationed in Dublin but are being held at Leixlip garda station in Co. Kildare.

They were arrested yesterday by detectives under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.

It's believed the probe centres on the alleged fraudulent use of bank cards.

The investigation is being led by the Garda National Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
