Gardaí are searching Belcamp House in north Dublin as part of their investigation into the disappearance of a man missing for 12 years.
Patrick Lawlor from Darndale in Coolock was 24-years-old when he was reported missing on 16 December, 2004.
His disappearance has featured on Crimecall in the past.
As part of the investigation a further search is being carried out on the grounds of the now derelict Belcamp House, which is just off the Malahide Road in North Dublin.
Initial site preparation works got underway on Saturday morning and it is anticipated that the search will commence on start on Monday and could take up to three weeks to complete.
The result of this search will determine the future direction of the investigation.
