Mark Hamill rose to superstardom off the back of his most iconic film role as Luke Skywalker in the original Star Wars franchise. Having spent decades on the conference circuit, with blatant disregard for the value of mint condition collectibles, the 63-year-old actor has found a way to enjoy himself when asked to autograph collectible cards.
Surfacing on the photo-sharing site Imgur recently, a number of his most colourful signatures, thoughts, and musings on the franchise, its director, and the cards’ images have surfaced online. Containing in-jokes at the parenting skills of Darth Vader, finding time for fun on Tatooine, as well as some tongue-in-cheek humour about recreational drug use, the actor lives up to the other role he’s best known for – voicing The Joker in various Batman animated shows.
