Asking prices for houses are continuing to rise in Dublin while falling elsewhere.
That's the latest finding from a report carried out by property website www.daft.ie.
Prices in Dublin for the 3rd quarter of the year were up 7.7%, compared to the same period in 2012.

The average national asking price is 1.5% down from the same time last year.
