Focus Ireland has warned that the Government has failed to take the decisions needed to ease the homeless crisis.
The charity issued the warning as the latest Government figures revealed a further increase in the number of homeless people in Ireland.
According to the Department of Housing, there are now 9,891 homeless people living in Ireland.
Search underway after mystery woman rings Texas doorbell
US Police are searching for a mystery woman who was filmed ringing a Texas doorbell in the middle of the night - wearing what appear to be broken handcuffs.
The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office has released the footage online in the hope that someone might recognise the woman.
The footage was filmed by a home security system after the woman called to a home in the area at around 3:20am on Friday night.
Lidl re-opens destroyed Dublin store at Fortunestown
Supermarket chain Lidl is re-opening its store at Fortunestown in Dublin following four months of construction.
The shop was destroyed during looting in March during Storm Emma.
Nine people were arrested after the event was captrued on social media.
UK Brexit Secretary Dominic Raab: 'I don't have Irish border solution yet'
Britain's Brexit Secretary Dominic Raab has said London does not have a solution to the Irish border question.
He told the European Union Select Committee in the House of Lords: "I don't have the solution to give you yet."
"So there's a lot of technical work still underway.
"I'm not going to either give you a solution today, unfortunately, or give away the integrity of the negotiation room.
TV3 to cease broadcasting as Virgin Media rebrand goes live
After almost 20 years on the Irish airwaves, TV3 will cease broadcasting from Thursday morning.
Its rebrand as Virgin Media Television officially launches from 7.00am.
It was confirmed back in June that the stations would be rebranded.
