Coronavirus: IRFU seeking 'urgent meeting' with Harris over Ireland v Italy match
The Minister for Health is recommending that next week's Ireland vs Italy rugby game should not go ahead due to the coronavirus outbreak in Italy.
The Department of Health is to contact the IRFU, saying the risk is too great considering the number of people who will travel from Italy for the game.
It is scheduled for March 7th at the Aviva Stadium.
The IRFU this evening said it is now seeking an urgent meeting with Simon Harris to find out the "specific reasoning" behind the call for the cancellation of the game.

The two sides went into detail on a number of policy areas as they try to create a programme for government.
Meanwhile, Fianna Fáil leader Micheál Martin met with Leo Varadkar this afternoon as he continues his own government formation efforts.
Man stabbed to death in Dublin named as Gareth Kelly
A man who died following a stabbing in Dublin this morning has been named as Gareth Kelly.
The 39-year-old died following the attack at Brownsbarn Estate in Kingswood near City West in the early hours of this morning.
A woman in her 30s was arrested in connection with the stabbing and is being questioned at Clondalkin Garda Station.
Kieran Greene found guilty of murdering his partner's mother Patricia O'Connor

A man has been found guilty of murdering his partner's mother at the home they shared at Mountainview Park, Rathfarnham in Dublin in May 2017.
Patricia O'Connor was dismembered afterwards, and her remains were found scattered across the Wicklow and Dublin mountains.
35-year-old Kieran Greene was found guilty today after just under four and a half hours of jury deliberations.
First rubella case in Ireland since 2009 confirmed
The first case of rubella in Ireland in more than ten years has been confirmed.
The Department of Public Health for HSE South says it was notified of the case in recent weeks, but cannot comment on specifics.
They say all precautionary steps have been taken to alert anyone who may have been in contact with the individual.
