The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has again warned that all demands cannot be met in the budget next month.

Addressing a business leaders dinner in Dublin last night, Mr Kenny again insisted the maximum extra money available will be €1.5bn.

But he says Fine Gael will set out a five year plan for the next government.

This is to include tax cuts, reform of welfare, improvements in childcare and cutting unemployment to 6%.

Mr Kenny says there will no return to spending money to buy votes.
