Dublin gardaí have seized a quantity of suspected counterfeit clothing.
It was part of an intelligence-lead operation into the distribution of counterfeit clothing in the Dublin 8 area under Operation Thor.
The discovery was made yesterday morning.
Gardaí from Kevin Street District Drug Unit, National Bureau of Criminal Investigation and members of the Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau carried out planned searches of a lock up in Meath Street and a house in Drimnagh.
During the course of the searches a large amount of suspected counterfeit goods was seized.
Financial records and a large quantity of cash were also found.
There were no arrests and the investigation is on-going.
