A 24-year-old Donegal supporter has died after falling into a canal in Dublin.

Andrew Duffy from Termon was out celebrating the win by Donegal in the All-Ireland semi-finals after watching the game at Croke Park.

It is understood that he and a friend were making their way to where they were staying when he slipped and fell into the canal in Phibsborough.
