Representatives from the Department of Justice are in Cork today to meet with residents of the Kinsale Road direct provision centre.

Residents are in their fifth day of protesting against conditions at the centre, with complaints of poor food and a lack of access to work and education.

Officials from the government Reception and Integration Agency are expected to meet with residents in Cork today to hear their concerns.
