Karen Carman was left disgusted after her Domino's Pizza arrived and she discovered her meal was already half eaten.
The 60 year old woman had won at Bingo earlier that night and ordered the meal from the hugely popular pizza delivery service to celebrate.
However, when the food to arrive it became clear to her that she had obviously been sent someone's half eaten meal.
‘Along with it was an empty container of the garlic dip, the lid of which was stuck to the top lid of the box,’ she told Metro.

Domino's bosses from the Blackpool branch claim that the meal was actually the lunch break of one of their staff members, who placed their food on the holding racks to keep it warm and it was picked up accidentally by a driver.
Mrs Carman reported the Domino’s branch to council environmental health bosses and as a result the staff received a warning and were told to keep their own food separate from customers.
Mrs Carman was offered a refund of £20 (€25) and vouchers for donations to a charity of her choice.
