The Communications Minister Pat Rabbitte says nobody was drunk in the Dáil chamber last night.
It's after criticism of 2 TDs involved in a cuddle that's become known on social media as 'lapgate'.
Minister Rabbitte says he didn't see anyone who showed any sign of drinking to excess:
