A carer in a day centre is making his way through a goal of doing 100 pullups a day for 100 days.
Michael Casey is aiming to raise €10,000 for ISPCC Childline.
He is planning to finish the challenge by doing 800 pullups - one for every child who uses the Childline service on an average day.

Michael is over half-way though his goal, which is set to finish on April 10th.
He explained: "I've chosen to fundraise for ISPCC Childline.
"All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause. I hope you can help me by donating whatever you can."
