Bruce Willis is planning to take Apple to court over his £40,000 music collection.

The Hollywood star wants to leave his stash of downloaded tunes to his daughters in his will.

But under the terms and conditions of Apple’s iTunes online store, the actor has only ‘borrowed’ the music and cannot pass it on.
