It's a time-honoured tradition whenever somebody hurts their arm or leg and ends up with a cast: by the time the cast is removed, it will have been signed, scribbled on and coloured in in as many ways as possible.

There is rarely any order to the process, with chaos reigning as friends and family take over their own space on the cast. 

The person responsible for this effort, therefore, should take a bow for achieving this excellent piece of controlled leg cast art. Cleverly using the downtime to decorate with aplomb, this friend of redditor Cheecie ended up with a surely painstakingly crafted Guinness pint design on their cast.

A cast is never necessarily the most pleasant thing to keep when it is finally removed, but this one would definitely be worth hanging on to:
