Gardai have recovered the body of missing Tipperary man James O'Dwyer (61).
The discovery was made in a field not far from the farm where he worked near Mullinahone. He had been missing since Sunday morning.
He was last seen around 7am last Sunday morning in the Ballywalter area of Mullinahone.
He left the farm where he was working to go check on animals and was not seen after that.
A search was carried out organised by the gardai and the Civil Defence.
Gardai say the body of Mr. O'Dwyer will be taken to South Tipperary General Hospital, where a post mortem will be carried out.
The cause of death is unknown at this stage.
