Three other claimants lost their cases including nurse Shirley Caplin who has worn a cross around her neck for the past 30 years.

Tech-experts have taken a bite out of Apple suggesting its reign over the smartphone market faces an uncertain future.

Around 600,000 British users failed to log on last month, indicating a dip in interest.

33 million people in Britain have a Facebook account.
