According to the latest live register figures, there are almost 440,000 people on the dole in Ireland.

New figures released yesterday reveal that they are less likely than those with jobs to exercise or play sports.

So, with the economy looking unlikely to turn around any time soon, how do we convince those on the dole queues to dust off the trainers and take care of their health.
